Do I need internet to use it?

Only once for registration and license activation. Day-to-day billing works fully offline.

Where is my business data stored?

On your own device (local storage), with backups on your device and in your own Google Drive. We never see your bills, customers, or inventory. Only if you switch on multi-counter sync (paid plans) do the synced records pass through Auromine's secure server, so your counters can share them.

What happens when my trial or license ends?

When the 21-day trial ends, your account moves to Pearl — the Free Forever plan — automatically. Nothing is deleted and every invoice, item and customer stays accessible. If a paid plan expires, you get a 15-day view/export grace period, then continue on Pearl. Your data is never deleted or held hostage.

What counts as a counter?

One counter = one logged-in billing device. A mobile counter is one phone or tablet with the app; a web counter is one desktop/browser login. Diamond gives 5 counters/users in one shop — any mix, e.g. 3 web + 2 mobile. Every counter gets its own bill series (A-0001, B-0001…), even offline.

Which devices are supported?

Any modern browser on Windows, Mac, Android tablets and phones, and iPhone/iPad. Installable as an app on all of them.
