What is deleted from Auromine's servers
- Your account, every login, your WhatsApp mobile number and email
- Your company profile (company name, mobile, GSTIN, state, address)
- Your counters/devices, licence, and any multi-counter sync or cloud copies
- Chats and WhatsApp messages with our support team, and verification codes
What is kept
- Payment records (amount, plan, payment reference and date — no name, phone or email), because Indian tax law requires us to keep financial records for up to 8 years.
Your bills, items and customers stay on your own device and in your own Google Drive — Auromine never held them. Take a backup from the app first if you want to keep them. Deletion is permanent and takes effect immediately; a paid licence cannot be restored after deletion.
Cannot receive the code? Email support@auromine.com from your registered email, or WhatsApp +91 95667 22972, and we will delete it for you within 7 days.
